issues with employees stocking

I don't know if this is normal or I'm doing something wrong but my employees keep screwing up stocking. Right now my store is only level 5 so its not that big and I only have 2 employees at a time to help me do things. This means that my storage is really organized and has designated spots for everything to make stocking and taking inventory easy. But when I tell my employees to start stocking, they'll take boxes off their shelf and put them in a different spot that was supposed to be for something else, no matter what the label says. This wouldn't be a problem if my store was big enough and I had enough employees to automate everything since they'd handle stocking entirely by themselves and wouldn't need organization, but while I still do it its difficult to find things when they've been moved everywhere. I wish they'd prioritize putting boxes on shelves with the right labels. Is there a way to change this, like maybe I've got something set up wrong?

Go to your computer - Employees - Settings - Enable: Should boxes only be returned to shelves with matching labels
