umm Where is the Dev team located? IE Country? It might not be in a place where Drinking Age is 21 like in the USA. There are some Countries where Drinking age is 18 and Some even at 16. even a couple with No Age Limit for Drinking surprising ( I actually looked up the Drinking age around the world and saw couple places that had No age Limits)

So it might be bit hard to do the ID thing, Unless they can Put in like a Slider in the system settings for Check ID Age Limit IE 21, 18, 16, No Age Limit.

Edit - But, seeing as How people Drive to get to the Store, They have to have a License to Drive. So, They are at least Old Enough for driving.
