clean up works but if you have the washing powder to be stocked as soon as the worker grabs it they just put it down and keep on picking it up until you put it away then they start stocking up other items just can't have washing powder in the bulk items to stock when you have the workers on clean up.

I understood none of that. When I went to school, they taught me to use punctuation marks, capitals, paragraphs...

It just says you can't have the washing powder in the bulk items or the employees will keep picking it up and throwing it back down

Bulk items, such as you order a pallet load?
I'm trying to understand, but like 90% of details are missing.

The only time that I know when an employee picks something up, and drops it again, is if they have no storage rack to put it.

when you have the bulk items on the pallet if you use the fork lift to take it into store and put it down then have the employee pick it up. i watched them put the washing powder on the floor then pick it up and then throw it down again. Employee kept doing it until i put the item on the shelf.
