Inventory management???
How is everyone handling inventory! I have a store with 2 other people and it’s nuts! Having every product is difficult at just store level 7..

lol.. I just use 2 storage shelves per product in the back and have 1/2 employees unloading trucks while the others stock shelves. I order bulk when an storage shelf is empty and the bulk order is every item on that shelf

That would be a TON of ordering.. Lol. Its a constant battle between ordering-unloading-and stocking. Then by the time you stock every shelf is empty again

The stocking system in this game is seriously lacking. There are numerous threads like yours and numerous suggestions and improvements out there as well. The only hope is the developers get a clue and fix this "One box at a time" stocking and small storage shelves in the stock room.

Ideas I've seen:
*Ability to bring the entire pallet to the floor and break it down there using a floor jack.
*Workers that can use the 8 item push carts.
*Workers that pick up product from the floor and stock from there.
*Ability to have more than one load per truck.
*High capacity storage shelves in the back room that hold more than one box per space.

Of course someone has to work out the programming, and test it all, and work the bugs after it's patched. So get used to doing most of the work by hand.

*My pro tip... I just order pallet after pallet, close the store, and make everyone stock (4 workers). I re-fill the back as we go and after a day or two it's all full again. What a pain. Lol.

I close the store when it starts to get so empty and the stockers can't keep up.

One of the biggest problems I have with restocking the shelves is that the employees ignore the completely empty ones most of the time and first restock the shelves where only a few items are missing.

And why can't they use the restocking trolley?
And why do they always walk around the shelf in the warehouse to put down a box when they would be standing right in front of it?

And a Scanner for ordering would be great.
