Multiplayer Slow Load Time

Hey haven been having an issue the past two days when trying to load into multiplayer after starting the game it takes ages to load. I can see items on the shelf slowly load in, but am incapable of moving. After waiting around 10mins or so I can finally walk around, but anytime I attempt to sit down at the register it locks my character in and I can't leave. Loading in prior I had no issues, it has only been today and yesterday.

Is this a common bug? Or is there a way I can fix this? I have tried restoring files, reinstalling the game entirely, restarting PC, moving the game onto my SSD but nothing seems to have worked thus far.
