Yes. I atleast, could play It with my PS5 controller.

In the Main menu though I had to use the touchpad but after you´re in the game, it works like a charm

It hasn't worked with the Series X pad, neither in the menu nor in any part of the game. Also, this part of the game is the fifth and you have to buy the previous 5 to learn the full story.
