Why no sale?

I had my eyes on this but not even a lil sale?

It was in the Halloween sale a few weeks ago. I registered it for this Autumn sale at the same time but something must have messed up on Steam's end because it never happened.

At that same time I registered it for the Winter Sale but that also disappeared. I've re-registered it now. I can't talk about dates due to NDA but it's not far away.

It's worth the full price imo and since it's just Paul as the developer, he gets all of whatever Valve doesn't take. I assume.
