custom building and money return bug.

When I tried to build 5th custom solar panel on the building in very hard stage, 2500 init, normal mode. it shows red block and only return 800 if I cancel build.

ok, after I tried few times. There might be 2 bug, and not only relate with custom solar panel.

First, money return bug.
Name, Cost when choose, Return if cancel

Pipe Brown 90 100

Anyone would like to try winning without build anything?

Second, building on building error.
if you have a small building right below another building.
you won't be able to build custom building like solar panel on below one.
