Help needed in Cabin crew simulator

1, How do you turn off phone of passenger ?
2 When you buy market items ( souvenir, meal, misc ), what items are for economy class, business class, etc ( in the market can you label items E for economy, B for business ? ) .

Problem is that people in E class order food from B class so you don't have nearly enough. I think hamburgers are B class?

For sure a simple label on the market (B, E) would help.
I'm only able to choose either Economic or Business and I often mix them up when ordering the items
