Report a translation problem
I heard Playstation users are having the same problem, maybe the achievement/trophy is really broken for everyone.
I see a document flashing.
In the middle of the game, in the underwater station
where "Faraday" is, the locked door "1" to the water.
You can see it.
Look i don't want you to give up, but i played this level and i can say 100% that document is broken and seems to disappear entirely when you approach the door, so you most likely never picked it up, because the document is gone even before you approach it.
Did a video so you can see what happens.

I think this trophy is only related to the computers we find in some levels, because the photo shows only a computer and not a paper.
You are right, but the key seems to spawn in our inventory when we approach the door. My theory, the key is probably a cut content that devs accidentaly left over, just like the document behind the door. I think there is nothing much to be done, except wait and see if someone find what we need to do.
Having said all this, I was browsing through the game files ("thingstrings_en.bt") and found this unused note (seems to be from the Norwegian camp) and in the game files chronological order it appears right after the notes from the first level, Outpost 31 (the report that Whitley wants):
"Tonight we were attacked by these... demons. I don't know what they were. A large beast came and took one of my men, kicking and screaming. We filled it with enough lead to drop a couple of elephants, but it only knocked it back. It looked like some kind of hideous deformation. It had arms and legs with a twisted skull, but its body was ragged and torn... We managed to kill one small creature but not before it got to Edvard. He was okay after we stopped the bleeding and was recovering in sickbay. I went to check up on him and he had attached himself to the Doctor somehow, feeding from his chest and head. We couldn't prize them apart and suddenly Dr. Henie lashed out at us. He seemed possessed and completely out of control. He wouldn't listen to me and continued to lash out. Eventually, he left me no choice but to take him down. Eventually, I ran out of ammo and the only thing I have left was a blowtorch, but when I opened up on him, he went into a frenzy and some fungal substance began oozing from his body. Eventually both Dr. Henie and Edvard were still. We took the bodies out into the snow and buried them. I don't think they will be coming back. Iversen ran to his quarters and locked himself in an hour ago. He's taken the loss of his brother badly and isn't talking to any of us."
I also found this one, seems to be from the Flight Control level (the one where you put C4 on planes), as it appears right after and I don't recall this one either. In order of appearance it appears after Dr. M. Rodriguez's note in Strata Medi-Lab:
"I saw two men with guns leading a soldier to one of the hangars behind the control tower. I don't know who he was or what he was doing here. Reed."
These are documents you can pick up, apparently, not computer terminal messages. All computer terminal messages do appear in-game, at least, judging by the game file. Hopefully these will clue some people in on what to find? The notes are in chronological in-game appearance order, and I didn't find any documents that might be that note from the Growth Chambers, since they all correspond to their in-game ones (no unused ones I haven't seen before).
I still think Nightdive will simply release a patch addressing this and making sure the accessible documents and terminals in-game are enough to pop the trophy. Unless we all really did miss something all these years in some hidden part of the game, but I doubt it. The trophy icon hints at the computer terminals being the important part to unlock it.
I will post something again as an update if I find anything. Good hunting, everyone!
Kinda like hidden buttons out of sight that is never meant to be seen but is part of triggers in the level

The only one bothering me is the Reed journal note, as I am pretty sure the Norwegian one is not used at all in the game. The Reed one may be found, but I have never come across it in any version of the game.
I also noticed that the now infamous "Back Door Key" also appears in the Norwegian Outpost (second level). The game files mention this key and also an "Inner Door Key" as well. Probably, as some users suggested, ways the developers found to tie certain scripts to items.
