You say that like its a bad thing
So really it all comes down to what type of game it is and how much is it really worth. The thing 14.99, Shadow man i paid 19.99 dollars for it(even though its worth 29.99) , Killing Time 3D0 version if one existed, 29.99.
I'd pay $30 if night dive remastered the pc version of Quarantine.
Better is subjective but it certainly does look different, improved in some technical aspects with higher resolution textures, more sophisticated lighting and effects, increased polygonal detail and even some newly added level geometry details.
I'm not familiar with the original but it looks pretty lame to me. The characters and graphics look like games from years ago. One more game I can cross off my wish-list.
Oh man, an old PS2/PC game STILL looks old? Quick! Alert the game journalists so that they too can enlighten us with their milquetoast takes! Sorry bub, but you are going to have to work harder for that much coveted jester you seek.
