Air Control

Air Control

Copyright Infringement by Killjoy Games
This game recently also got a ton of claims from other developers / Music artists, the developer has removed the screenshots showing the content but the actual music or models are still in the actual game.

The song falls under creative commons, meaning that you are allowed to use it for non-commercial use, but since this clearly is commercial the developer will have to discuss about using the music with the artist. Which he has not done, the artist ''ProleteR'' stated:
''Nobody from "Air Control" asked permission to use that song.''

Please steam, check your ♥♥♥♥ing games.

Best regards,
An angry PC gamer

Don't only write here, flag the game on the store page for fraud.

I am surprised that steam has not already removed this peice of garbage after it has gained so much attention for how much it stinks.

Not only that, it makes too many copyright violations to count.

Not only could the developer be pursued legally, I beleive Valve could too for distributing it.

The only way to remedy this is for the developer to legally obtain the copyrights (Never happening) or for Steam to remove the game from it's selection and ban Killjoy or Iron from its services as explained in the greenlight and general terms and conditions.

I'm surprised this is still up when other games that violated copyright (Stalin vs. Martians, Motor Rock, etc.) were pulled from the store almost immediately.

This program (yes, I'm not even going so far as to say it's anything remotely close to a game) is a huge pile of cat feces and should be removed from steam now. I would imagine that if anyone reading this got cat feces on them they would want to remove it straight away so why the hell has steam still got this available to BUY for real life money? I still can't believe someone actually put a VALUE on this heap of seemingly copyright riddled manure... I wouldn't want to run this program if I was paid to do it. I am seriously disappointed by steam for letting this get on and stay on their market for so long.

To the maker(s) of this program I say to you, congratulations on getting your 15 minutes of fame (or infamy). You must be completely stupid for thinking this thing has any sort of value.

(and before you tell me, I already flagged this piece of garbage)

On the store page there's a small flag. Click on it and fill in the appropriate information.

Flagging for copyright violations is useless to do, only the copyrightholder can claim it with a DMCA, Valve will not act on it without an official DMCA.

If you click "Submit your Product" Under greenlight, where Air Control was born, it says you are required not to submit "Games or software using copyrighted material such as assets or intellectual property without permission from the owner"

Anyone who has watched a video or even played this rubbish could easily point out copyrighted material or assets each 2 seconds.

Additionally when I have watched numerous videos of this trash copyrights have never been cited anywhere in it, not even one claiming it as property of "Killjoy Games"

I still do not understand why it has not been pulled yet, first of all it should have been pulled for being the worst game ever made and a blemish to who is selling it. Second anyone who ever looked at it for more than a minute could see how legally sketchy it is.

That may be true but I don't understand why the Air Control program is still available for purchase on Steam's store? :\

A little convinient for Killjoy that the person who has openly highlighted the issue has been banned, isn't it?
