Last success not showhing up ?

Hi everyone!
So I just finished this beautiful game and after watching all the insights, I saw I was missing one achievement. While searching, I noticed it's the success about unlocking all those insights! Does someone has the same problem of the last success being still locked? Do I need to replay the game or... ?

This isn't an issue I'm aware of, and I do have that achievement on another account, but you're free to contact [e-mail] for it to be looked into further.

In the "Cultural Insights" menu, if a movie hasn't been viewed yet, I think it's marked with a "!" or something like that. So if you check the list of videos, and you see one with a "!", try watching that one again. If that still doesn't work, then maybe e-mailing them is best. Good luck!

I watched all of them with interest, I don't have any "!" mark anymore because I indeed though it'd count. I emailed them to ask if they already had the problem or not ^^

I'm also having this issue. I beat the game and noticed I was one insight short. Went back to get it (for 24/24 insights) and the achievement never unlocked.

Is it the one hidden up on the ice chapter (after you escaped for the polar bear) ? Because I went back to search it and maybe it blocked ? Anyway, if they told me what the issue is, I'll tell it here ^^

Just received the answer from Never Alone support, I'm sharing it there in case of other people than luckystryker and me have the problem :)

First off, I really enjoyed the game. I recently finished the game and noticed that I was missing one Cultural Insight (Tundra Meadow). I completed the game with 23/24 on the list. I then went back to Tundra Meadow and collected the last owl. No achievement unlocked for "Insightful" achievement - even though i unlocked 24/24 Cultural Insights.

I tried restarting Steam. Nothing works to unlock the achievement.

Not sure if this is a bug or if I need to do something else.

Can anyone help with this issue?

It sounds like maybe you have to watch them all during the same gaming session?

I found something like that in another game, where if you did part of the achievement during one gaming session, then part of it during another, the achievement wouldn't unlock... and to get the achievement to unlock, you had to do all of it during the same gaming session.

I didn't have any problems with this achievement unlocking, but I waited until I had all of the Insights unlocked before watching them... and then I watched them all at once, so maybe that's why. =)


So if anybody else is having trouble with the "Insightful" achievement unlocking, I'd recommend watching all of the Insights during the same gaming session (i.e. don't quit the game until you've watched them all). As the support reply says, you only have to watch a few seconds of each... but the Insights are all pretty short, really, so if you're interested in the cultural context of the story in the game, I think they're definitely worth watching. =)

For some reason the last 2 achievements won t pop up. I already finished the game and dlc. I got all the insights and watched them. Any clues what i am doing wrong ?
