Just started the game and already stuck

Can someone help me? Polar fox runs faster than a girl, and she always lags behind and trying to jump falls into the water. I use the Microsoft Xbox 360 controller for PC. I can not switch between the characters at this point. I watched the video on YouTube and I can not understand what I'm doing wrong

I'm having the same trouble. Playing with keyboard only. Cannot get past the polar bear.

If you visit Options -> Controls, you'll be presented with an overlay displaying all the keys used for the game. Typically, you'll want to run as Nuna as the fox is much faster.

Yes, but if I could just switch to a girl, I would not have created this topic. I can only play for a fox in this place of a stage

What specific 360 controller are you using? Does using the keyboard work with switching? Are you using Xinput?

Yes.. It works with a keyboard.. Looks like a driver conflict with the Xbox 360 controller drivers or something like that. I use the Horipad EX2 Turbo officially licensed controller, I had no such problems in other games before

Go to the menu and switch to "single player" mode. I'm having the same problems with controller too, because apparently the controller is supported only if you have someone playing with you. It is impossible to play for even a minute on controller because it will auto-switch for you in-game. Submitted a ticket to support team, hopefully they reply soon. :(

Note: The "jump" key is also your "player 2" key. So.. you get the point.. :/

What do you mean? All keyboard keys can be changed from the menu
