Save files gone...

Looking online at multiple results seems to point to a couple places where the save files live. I don't see anything that seems to fix the fact that it doesn't read my old saves (I had a completed game in main story and was some ways into Foxtales which I wanted to continue).

This update broke SOMETHING, given it changed the LocalLow DIR from E_Line Media to E-Line Media.

Oh well, guess I won't be continueing Foxtales after all.

my save files are also gone after latest update. only option is to start new game

I was looking for a savefile on a Mac in order to transfer the data to a windows pc (cultural insisght videos dont work for me on a macbook) but couldn't find the savefile anywhere in the known places that I found online.

Hi! We just fixed this issue in cloud save settings. Here's what you'll want to do:

Navigate to the following folder by copy and pasting this path in windows explorer:
%UserProfile%/AppData/LocalLow/E_Line Media/Never Alone

Copy the "cprofile.dat" file found there.

Then and paste it in the folder located here:
%UserProfile%/AppData/LocalLow/E-Line Media/Never Alone

My save files was gone too.
Copy "...\E_Line Media\Never Alone\cprofile.dat" -> "...\E-Line Media\Never Alone\cprofile.dat" did not help.
I found location with new timestamp and different filename "...\E_Line Media\Never Alone\7656119797318859\scprofile.dat"
Then I copied "...\E_Line Media\Never Alone\cprofile.dat" -> "...\E_Line Media\Never Alone\7656119797318859\scprofile.dat".
It worked for me.
