Is there any real 18+ content in this game?
Are there any sex scenes between the heroine and any member of the opposite sex in the game?
Or is this game exclusively about erotic content?

It is not an "adults only" game.
Steam has a new "frequent/strong nudity and frequent/strong sexual content warning that can be used for these kinds of games instead of "Adult Only", they should change it to that.
