Custom Art missing after upload and other editor bugs

Hi, I tried to create some more complex custom characters, but it won't save additional layers.
I have made some clothing parts, that require 3-5 layers of coloring, but whenever I save them to the workshop, or after restarting the game, everything that exceeds the original layer number of the part I modified keeps getting removed and replaced by a simple square in the color of the custom layer.

Also, please add a button for layer ordering. The layers sometimes randomly switch order and the background layer is suddenly in the front.

And sometimes for the arms/sleeves, the layers either keep static or significantly shift positions when I click the 'Preview' button. The layer shifting is then reset when i stop the animation and click on the arm component....

Also looking forward to future updates. So far the game is really fun. Especially the editor.

EDIT: Okay now all the custom artwork is getting removed when I restart the game....
