"Earn This Achievement" achievement

Literally everyone who got this achiv - did it with hacks. No, not by editing the xml file, but by using the outside programs.
Dev, you've made some of the worst achievements, congrats.
Now, you might think I'm being overly negative for no reason, but I will inform you that steam counts how many games a user has perfected.

That doesn't mean it's not unfair. I think it's a timed achievement, like at the 10 hour point or something

ultra necro, but i got it legit (as i'm told, coincidentally) after finishing the campaign - i'm pretty sure it's time-based?
