Can anyone tell me where I get equipment for my warrior I'm level 20 but can't do hardly any of the quest because my gear isn't powerful enough but I don't see where I get better equipment

Equipment can drop from enemies. There should be a shop dedicated to your class in the main city. Don't know where they all are, though. Only the ranger/sniper one.

yeah I already have the whole first set of equipment I think that's kinda my problem and I walked all over elgore and only could find other class armour and weapons so I don't know what to do because I can't kill many mobs without dying
