You've raised a complaint, provided no evidence and just expected them to believe you? People can make mistakes and rather than help them (by showing evidence) you've just thrown your toys out of the pram. Childish.
That is painfully untrue. The research team at Sports Interactive work incredibly hard having to go over details for thousands and thousands of players. Some leagues are researched better than others and we very much appreciate feedback from users but given the database has to be locked down before pre-release, not every single item can be updated.
Anything raised just before or after release will be updated prior to the January transfer update.
i understand that there is alot to do and theres alot of volunteers but stuff arnt changed as often as they should be and the researchers tend to get a big snarky when you raise a point. i minor point i know but ill use this example. 2 years ago i raised a point from aberystwyth town about cledan davies. in game he is a poor transfer listed left winger but in reality he is a high level(for welsh league lol) first choice left back but this hasnt been changed all through the last version and this
Don't know who likes adware on his pc but i for 1 don't. Uploaded 1 file to report saw the adware never gonna upload a file again.
I was merely voicing my dissatisfaction at the state of support SI have offered for the vita version of the game in their feedback thread (maybe they don't understand "feedback"), and at no point was I abuse merely questioning why I paid out for the game to be treated as a beta tester for future titles. I provided both SI games and sega support with files and went out of my way with FileZilla and the like only to find support abandoned on a new game (they claim it's last year but they released in April one week before seasons end), yet they still expected me to provide them with information on the bugs though they had no intention of fixing them. Got banned, some ones a bit banhammer happy. I'd expect this kind of action from indie studios who don't know better, not from SI with their apparent years of exp.
Long time FM player, no more.
What's your forum username? I can look into your banning and see if it was justified.
It's a case of being extremely frustrated at the lack of support SI has given the vita version and the attitudes towards it and questions about it. I tried to help out because I would love more than anything for the bugs to be fixed, but in it's current state the product certainly doesn't live up to the expectations for a full release title. I feel as though I been messed around by Sega support and SI games leaving me feeling down about the whole situation, out of pocket and with a sub par product. I understand that game development is not easy, nor is dealing with the public with regards to your product. I understand that you are humans.
But at the end of the day I don't feel respected as a customer- quite the opposite in fact- comments from your dev team have made me feel like I have been used as free or even profit making beta testing. Only one dev appeared to engage on the issues related to the vita version (Aaron), and he was very polite about it, but he disappeared. Other members of staff, I don't want to name names, have been wholly dismissive of supporting the vita version, talking about the vita version, and even of customers who, let's remember supported SI games, by purchasing the vita version.
I understand that the vita version didn't sell as SI had hoped but I don't believe you should abandon the customers who did purchase the game and support SI games. I understand there was some disappointment surround the lack of willingness for SI to update the player roster despite releasing only very shortly before the summer window, meaning the game was out of date very shortly after release (at least I could mod this in on the PC version). My issues are more surrounding the very serious bugs and crashes that are in the game. Support appeared to be dropped for the title very quickly and now devs on the forums are distancing themselves from it as a "previous release" when it is only months old and there isn't a new version.
Sometimes I feel like a lone voice as the vita version seems to get dismissed by both the devs and the PC fans as unimportant. The way in which some
Devs/mods addressed my concerns riled me up the wrong way - there was no hint of apology or remorse or willingness to rectify the situation. Dismissing my concerns/issues and pretending they are some one else problem is the kind of response I received.
Had this been any other kind of product I would have been to return as faulty for a fix, replacement or refund. Yet software seems to exploit some legal loophole making it very hard for consumers to act. I would hope in this situation that those selling those products don't see that as a way of dismissing customer concerns but rather as an obstacle that there must be solutions to to make sure the customer is satisfied with his/ her product.
Constructive criticsm dosnt work with SI , SEGA or any MODS connected with the Football Manager gravy train im afraid.
Its a shame that SI dosnt just put there hands up and say we have got some stuff wrong with the game we are trying to put it right, but year after year its rhe same old story, anyone who isnt happy with thier purchase and says so on these or the official forums are banned.
Still, FM15 is a lot better than the the pile of s**t they released last year, Im enjoying the game so far.

I know how you feel, you payed your money as we all have.
Its a shame SI and SEGA dont give thier loyal customers more feedback, I suppose only Nbrocky is worthy.
