What skills are the most important to look for when searching for a new coach and goalkeeper coach etc. ?

DDM - Determination, Discipline, Motivation.
Working with youth.

GK - Shot stopping - GK and Tactics + DDM
Handling - Gk and Tecnical + DDM
Fitness - Fitness + DDM
Tactics - Tacticle, mental + DDM
Ball controll - Technical, Mental + DDM
Defending - Defending, Tactics + DDM
Attacking - Attacking, Tactics + DDM
Shooting - Technical, Attacking + DDM

Created this to help with getting coaches on the game, you can calculate coach training stars, one or many coaches at a time, given their attributes fm-15-coach.herokuapp.com
