Pharaoh Dynasties has more mechanics than Troy. Though it also has it's disadvantages. Troy is more storytelling and I like it. Troy has amazons dlc and Pharaoh does not (there is only mod but it does not fully integrated in the game as dlc could be). The mechanic in Pharaoh with hapinness and idle workforce in contraversial, I can not say I like it.

But in the whole Pharaoh is the next step and has more depth than other games of TW series. So Troy is slightly outdated now.

Very true as a solid story (or goal set) from different faction perspectives can make or break a person's immersion. For me, Troy is personally the better game and the Greek setting with different faction mechanics aimed towards the Trojan War is very immersive. They also did a backwards type "Realm Divide" where at one point in the campaign your allies will become permanent and never turn on you. Things like that lead to more embraced immersion with each faction being different of course. Troy still has many things unique from my perspective. :ambitious_trait:
