Game won't launch after patch

Yesterday played fine.. did the patch before playing today game won't launch any ideas?

Crashing at start or during loading? And are you loading the main menu, or a previous campaign?

Had this problem with the 1st patch. Restarting everything and loading into the main helped (I believe)

One way or the other, hope you can get it fixed.

Yes i have re verified, updated latest drivers of my 3080 had 1 update to do no luck though, other games run just fine.. it crashes from the totalwar launcher that opens up from steam.. regular pharaoh works fine still rome 2 also.. just dynasties is impossible to fix.. now deleted the game now reinstalling hope that will fix it..

Just reinstalled issue still there.. game won't boot up no matter what we do since installing latest patch.. can't deduct anything spectacular in the patch either.. everything in the pc is up to date.

the .exe seems to show up for 0.5 seconds in the taskmanager before dissapearing..

Try, copying (cutting) your saves from the save folder to some safe place.

Already done that also.. cleared the appdata folder everything... there must be something else :P

Yea thats about the first thing any1 does.. i work in IT i'm not a complete simple minded gamer.. i tried about anything i could at this point. and concidering kaher44 has the same issue.. there is def.. something in the patch thats making this issue happen.

I had a similar problem during the last patch, but i'm not sure what fixed it. verify, and a reboot is what i thought I did.

Yea those 2 def didn't work for me.. been at it for nearly 3 hours now.. wasting my game time on troubleshooting the unknown sadly :(
