Unique landmarks
The map expansion has added new landmarks in Mesopotamia and the Aegean world.

For those of you who take pleasure in some sightseeing whilst your armies maraud around the campaign map, you’ll notice that the map is intricately detailed and features several iconic landmarks for both expanded areas. In Mesopotamia, these include the White Temple of Anu, the Great Ziggurat of Ur, Chogha Zanbil, the Ziggurat of Enlil, and the Great City of Babylon, a significant major settlement awaiting conquest. Whilst within the Aegean you can expect to spot Mount Olympus, the Meteora, the Ancient Statue of Cybele and the Lemnos Necropolis.

Playing as Troy, I've found the Lemnos Necropolis. It's a unique outpost in the island of Myrinas set in the Boras Nesoi province, an archipelago of the Aegean Sea. The necropolis provides +5 legitimacy and +70% region line of sight.

Would you know the exact location and effects of the other Aegean landmarks?
- Mount Olympus
- the Meteora, which should be a mountain range in Central Greece
- the Ancient Statue of Cybele, which should be somewhere in Assuwa

I'll add this information to the guide to the Aegean factions. Thanks for your help!

IIRC I found Cybele in Ephessos.

Ah thanks. Could you check its effects?

I'm looking for another settlement in Mesopotamia with a landmark. I already took Mari, can anyone tell me where to find others?

Ur has the House of Ea Nasir, Niniveh the House of Exorcists, Irridu the Lion Hunting Grounds and there is probably something in Babylon, too, but I don't remember.

Thanks, is that Nineveh the small gold settlement?

Yes, German typo on my part. It's Nineveh, the minor settlement north of Assur on the left bank of the Tigris.

Thank you, that be the perfect target for my Grand Ambition mission.

Oh, careful there. I think the "landmark" mentioned by the ambition are not the unique "landmark-buildings" in some settlements but the unique landmark-outposts found on the map. In the case of Mesopotamia you can find regions with landmark outposts mostly in the south-east: Babylon, Ur, Dur-Kurigalzu are the ones I can remember from my Hanigalbat campaign.
