Alexander the Great
This game has the perfect bones to do a Fall of the Samurai esque standalone "expansion" that is all about the conquests of Alexander. They wouldn't have to do anything to the map, or hardly anything, just make new factions and rosters.

19.99-29.99, I'd buy it in an instant. The last time they did Alexander was with Rome 1, what, 20 years ago?

I think it'd be a perfect opportunity to use what development costs have already been put into Dynasties, capitalize on them, and make some more money whilst also providing us with an awesome Alexander the Great campaign.

If CA doesn't do it, I hope some modders do it. Dynasties is ripe for this.

Gets a vote from me. Alexander would be awesome with this as the base game. I'd buy it CA.

Wouldn't much of it be about war in Persia? That's not even on the map, let alone the Indus where he died.

This game is 1000 years earlier...CA already did an iron age game, Rome 1 & 2.

He died in Babylon after returning from the unsuccessful campaign there, not at the Indus.

There was an Alexander dlc for Rome 1. It wasn’t the best, but if you have Rome 2, the DEI mod has an Alexander campaign.

I stand corrected then. Still, the Indus would be crucial as a turning point in an Alexander DLC/mod.

It probably requires quite a bit of work. Besides the fact that they will have to expand the map into places like iran, afghanistan, and pakistan, they would also have to change quite a bit about how factions work and the armies because a lot of things change in almost 1000 years.
I would rather have an iron age game focused on the rise of persia or the fall of the neo-assyrian empire, or the rise of it, or the greco-persian wars if you want to include greeks.
the map size would technically work if they manage off map factions, because the battle of gaugamela was fought in mesopotamia
