i think you are smoking some bad granola there, the coroner is right and what you cal 90% finished is in actual fact more along the lines of say maybe 30-40% if you are lucky, there is alot that goes into creating server sided software and besides H1EMU has been around for over a year and they have not gotten as far as you claim in the server side of things and before you call me childish and claim i don't know what i am talking about i used to run and code a pretty popular runescape server 10 years ago so i know what i am talking about.
