LaunchPad
Hey every one, when I try to start my H1Z1 it says Launchpad unable to connect. Can some one please help me I have been trying to fix it but nothing has been working. Have a good day and please get back to me soon.

If you can log into website
than (more than likely), the games files on your computer are messed up! There are two ways to check them (external and internal) and, I would try both!

(external) Integrity Check~

  • goto Steam Library
  • right click H1Z1 and select properties
  • select Local Files
  • select Verify Integrity of Game Cache

~ It takes a few minutes to complete check!

(internal) Validate Game~

  • select H1Z1 icon to start LaunchPad (either in Steam or on desktop if you put it there)
    (!Dont select the Play block!)
  • select Advanced Tools (its a small gear icon to the lower left, above the red bar!)
  • select Validate Game Assets
  • a Validate block will appear, select that

~ Displays a play-by-play of what it's checking (upper center screen)

ra4duck I dont see a validate button any where. When i start H1Z1 it just goes to a loading screen and i cant even get to press the play button.

right... its probabl;y your computers internet firewall blocking things up! do a search at;

same here worked fine earlier validated and it said corrupt files and fixed that but still not working
