Visual Glitch Makes this Unplayable

I had a few bugs here and there with years 1-4 but in 5-7 there's this weird lighting effect where it looks almost like the scene is being stretched in all directions at once like flashing lights and colors and lines everywhere. It happened when Dumbledore introduced Slugghorn and Harry, during the epic scene when Harry and Dumbledore first get to the area with the locket and now its happening at Bill and Fleur's wedding to the point where I cannot stumble my way through this one because the level is too intricate to just button mash my way through like the other times. I tried turning off shadows, FSR AA, Bloom, tried turning on and off Vsync, and nothing has helped. I cannot progress at all and I have played through the first half of the level so many times that its starting to even ruin the nostalgia for me. I just wanted to finally finish the games my childhood self never did but this is unacceptable.

it happens to me too my darling and they don't solve for months I can't plat the game because of this exaggerated graphic bug I contacted but no update hopefully this 2025 they fix it because I tried everything but nothing solved it and serious for a collection they make spend so much money for me until they fix it is where but my money they don't give me back so and unacceptable

Same here. I've played in November 2024 and there were no visual glitches. Now since we continued to play in January 2025 (Year 1-4 still) there a plenty of those from time to time. Changing in-game parameters didn't help. Haven't tried changing settings in Nvidia app though.
