The high dpi setting were already off for me
I’m playing on the 4k TV, so I’m using 300% interface scaling in windows (settings -> display). These games have some bug with this scale enabled.
I went to 100% scale and checked system advanced DPI option to on.
Then in game it looked still pixelated. But I went to video settings and noticed resolution was set to 720p.
After changing resolution to 4k game finally looks amazing now.
So, there is two things:
1) game have a bug, when display scale is set to more then 100% - picture looks very pixelated on 4k. I guess it rendered in 720p (divided to scale factor, 2160p / 3 = 720p in my case with 300% scaling)
2) high dpi system advanced option broken (only 1/4 of the image visible) when scale is more then 100%.
(Enable both)
