How do i get the cowards way out achievement

Love the game so far. I got the grasp of it after a couple deaths which confuses me when everyone (even Markiplier) seems to be confused when the mechanics are almost the exact same from the original office level from the joy of creation story mode which i never played but i watched videos of. But im trying to get the cowards way out achievement, which im assuming that you have to leave before you die or something but i cant find a way to get it. HELP.

you have to press escape (NOT Alt+F4) as you are being jumpscared. If it works, the pause menu won't show up and you'll get the achievement. Hope this helps!
