the difference between the 50 computers used by beta testers and the steam version is the installer.
beta testers didn't use the steam installer. everything else was the same (the game data and the game executable)
the problems that appeared today were caused by the steam installer that didn't copy the icom files to the destination folder. that is why the solution says: copy icom files to the destination folder yourself :)
