Use ContinuumDeShift & "Hipster" to pack & unpack ".pac" files.
BlazBlue always uses this settings on their BGM:
1.- .ogg File
2.- 44,100 Hz
3.- 320 Kbps
(You can put it to 350 Kbps too)
4.- Stereo
There's also a guide about how Customize the BGM already:

I can do the CT Announcer, however... Don't expect the Announcer says something like "Valkenhayn/Mu/Lambda/Etc..."
Those will be another Announcer instead.
Yeah, I understand that. I just think the combat messages (counter, fatal, distortion/astral finish) and the "please select your character" sounded so much better in CT. I remember having the ripped voices lieing around way back (I think I got it off Dustloop back then).
- Try with you already have "build" the name with the estabilished voices (like use the "Ha" from hakumen, etc. and
- Copy the voice of the other announcers for the missing characters
- Just...leave a silence like if Mu-12 wins: ".... wins"
I hope that someone can update deshift or hipster to open more .pacs files in the BBCSE pc version, I want to edit the "cockpit.pac" on ETC folder so I can edit the HUD...
I selected, English why am I hearing Japanese still?? SF4 doesn't do this.
You can copy all the English voice files from XYZ:\Steam\steamapps\common\BlazBlue Continuum Shift Extend\data\Sound\Voice_eng
to
XYZ:\Steam\steamapps\common\BlazBlue Continuum Shift Extend\data\Sound\Voice
Overwrite and done.
Make a backup of the Sound\Voice folder first, if you wish to restore it without redownloading.
Also be sure to set them to read only, so Steam doesn't accidentally restore it.

for modification.
Hipster works, however
