Here are the steps I used to get mine working on Windows 11:

- Download Fabexplorer for free from https://www.dvdfab.cn/explorerfab.htm
- Once you have installed the software, open it
- Select 'New' on the toolbar and click ISO file
- Click on 'Add files' on the toolbar and select ALL of the game files in the folder 'Putt-Putt 7' - Save the iso file somewhere you can access it easily
- On the very top of Fabexplorer click on 'Drive' and select the iso file you just saved
- Once the iso file is mounted, run the game on Steam like normal

This program doesn't make .iso's anymore. :(

looks like the game just needs to see that there's a CD drive with a disk in it and windows 10 has built in iso mounting support. I got an iso lying round like ubuntu and mounted it and it worked.
