FPS Issues

Hello I have FPS problems on Fragpunk

When I do a performance test on the game the game says that I have an average of 230fps but in game rare are the moments when I am above 90 yet my FPS is not cap every settings is on the LOWEST

If you're on Nvidia make sure to install the new drivers that just came out. There has been a known issue for UE games for the last couple drivers. It's since been fixed for most users.
I would uninstall the game, delete all files related to FragPunk (check your C:/ user file, and program files), and then install the new drivers.
After that reinstall the game and hopefully that fixes your issue
