Having random FPS drop even highlight moment replay is around 20 fps

Reinstalling the game fixed it for me, give it a try

If you're on Nvidia make sure to install the new drivers that just came out. There has been a known issue for UE games for the last couple drivers. It's since been fixed for most users.
I would uninstall the game, delete all files related to FragPunk (check your C:/ user file, and program files), and then install the new drivers.
After that reinstall the game and hopefully that fixes your issue
