Let scale the volume of the intro video

Hey, stop hurting my ears because of the audio volume of the intro video. My game is at 5% volume sound and the video is just over 135 DB for me.

Yeah, like I said the in-game sound is at 5% but the intro video when you launch the game is not affected by this.

Because of stuff like this I just tend to adjust a game's volume with the Windows Audio Mixer instead of ingame sliders. That avoids stuff like audio settings only being respected once past the intro screen and such.
