Where to change Game Region/Server?
I think I'm on the wrong server(s), since I'm constantly on 300+ ping. Where do I change the server region?

but make no different have u a 20ms ping u have rubberbanding , u cant shoot etc.

Oh so it's not just me? It feels like I shoot someone, unloading a magazine and not even damaging him.
