My Beta Rewards response from FragPunk

I talked to CS (Customer Service>Bug Report) and even though I'm a beta player they said my account doesn't qualify for it. Mind u when i opened the game for the first time, i had my beta rewards in mail and claimed it but lost it when i linked the account to netease. Either they dont care or accounts are completely deleted from their system once uu try to link ur account. They told me to check if i have multiple accounts but bruuh, i only have the one account on my steam and i dont think multiple accounts/people can share the same IGN which i am using the same IGN as when i first opened the game when i redeemed my beta rewards.

Its like when u link the account, it deletes ur current account and makes a new one. I had to do the tutorial again and put my IGN again which if its not deleting the account, why would i have to do this again. If it does, it explains why i had to redo it and they cant find info on my account
