GOT ACCOUNT CHANGED

my friend logged out of the game and he relaunched it and now hes on a completely different fresh account and has lost access to his actual account does anyone know how he can get back into his original account we've tried to logging out again but its just keeps giving him the lvl1 account any help would be great

Happened to me just now, The actually told me to unbind account when I did so, It crated a new account and I couldnt go back to the other one

so i assume theyre gonna fix it ? but in their own time ig, like ive already levelled up another account because they have taken so long

I Did this, and deleted my account, I linked my twitch account, now it says my twitch accoun is already boiund to another account and deleted all my progress, I'm just getting tired of this, I haven't even received my Pioneers Bundle

hope this helps anyone, thought i lost my account to because it says lvl1, the truth is the beta rewards are sent to your lvl 1 account once you log in, if you were like me and linked your steam and then unlinked it and now have 2 accounts to pick from, id look in my mailbox in the game on whatver account your logged into, if you see beta rewards in your mailbox then that is your original account as far as i know and you just claim it, if your rewards are not in the mailbox then go to the settings link with the red fire symbol again, and choose the other lvl 1 account the one you are not currently on, since that one must have your rewards, aplogies if i made it sound confusing, good luck guys
