I feel like this game is being overhyped

I see one video from the offical channel which got me interested in it. But now i see constant praising videos with mixed comment sections. It's not as bad as Wuthering Waves because that involved a flame war (2 game playerbases fighting over which game is better)

Like I got told "really?" for saying the flying in Wuthering Waves feels awful. There is such a thing as too much positivity. I wanted to be negative because of all the optimism. It felt fake. I hope Fragpunk doesn't end up like that.

You all don't understand at all, those who sell yourselves for $1, that you are destroying the culture and only allowing yourself to be milked by Riot and other big companies that are the main and large ones on the market. And the fact that you are trying to ♥♥♥♥ on something new EVEN BEFORE it comes out on the market - you are making it worse for yourself.

WuWa is overrated. Is it fun? Yes. Is the combat super amazing? No. Is it better than Genshin? No. Is it worse than Genshin? Also no. It's different and I just like Genshin better so I dropped it to not have to worry about it. The only live service games i have spent money on dlc or microtransactions were... DRG, DBD, Fortnite, and Warframe. (Also at least 2 mobile games but those were my first microtransactions)

Now back to topic. I was excited for Bl3. Everyone was (that wasn't boycotting the Epic Store). Then it became a disaster because of the story. It was overhyped. I was there. I'm excited for BL4 but i don't trust the story will be good this time. I just hope it will be.

Lemnis Gate was a game I was excited to play. It died because of multiple reasons. It didn't dissapoint me. My only complaint besides that terrible default sensitivity was there were too many modes at launch. (There was really just 2 modes with a 1v1 and 2v2 version) I think it was overhyped too. People that were excited for it, were too excited. When the excitement died down, it became boring or something so they left.

and no, the hype for this game isnt that much, games like Marvel Rivals and Valorant are overhyped despite being hot garbage

Let's just hope it stays that way. I was exagerating. I searched FragPunk on youtube and had 2 clickbait results. (1) That it is Netease's next prodigy and (2) that it is the most amazing fps.

I have seen other videos hyping it up over this week. They are increasing in number because launch is today or tommorow.
