Would play this game more .... but snipers
I generally really liked the beta. And there Snipers where already boring and op as .. but it was ok, you could doge it sometimes what was ok. But since the release Version of The Game its like a sniper heaven. Every Game at least one hollow or one random dude that can one shot you while viewing the camera where it looks like it was the foot......

I mean yeah you can work around it by going invis use grandes or something else. But in this state I can also go play CS or Valo again and have a better, balanced life where Im not always to 200% punished for looking 2 mm around the corner ....

No bull I'm guilty of running around with a sniper rifle. One shot sniper kills should only belong to Hollowpoint imo.

why not smoke em or flash them....there are launchers for every situation

snipers are fully killing the game for me i have about 200 hours and cannot stand the 1 shot kill cams, yes you can smoke/flash but it does next to nothing. i also feel like the sniper lancer should be the only sniper then again i see hollow running around with 2 snipers if that doesnt tell you something idk what will

This. Snipers should, at MOST, leave you at 1 health on a body shot.

It feels absolutely awful to get shot once in the chest and not even get a chance to try and rush on the reload. Hollowpoint needs to charge up and it's part of her kit, so I'm not as irritated at that as I am the random whoever running around 1-tapping because 'balance'.
ok so here is a better way to look at it, you have gear that already uses utility options like smoke or nading someone off to move them out of scope and not only that you also have the full choice to use a character with utility abilities either smoking, invis, cloning, I-frame traveling, scouting and much more. this isnt a game/dev problem but a player/skill problem, you also get the rogue-like mechanic in choosing cards each round to even help you and your team that gives advantage like traveling dimensions, making a site have mist and way much more. not only what all i have said but you only get 2 uses of a sniper unless you get a card pull for a free gun then 3 uses and they are used at the end of the round if you die. and a balance for this i feel like hollow needs either a nerf for her sniper or just disable snipers due to her ability of having 3 shots anyway per round by that, if anything its due to part unbalance that the devs may not have seen but has gone unnoticed since the lack of word on such thing. snipers arent the problem but the unbalance of 1 character with a sniper as an ability is with additional sniper for a gun as a primary.

this right here is a good point, also sniper is also distant depending too, take the 50 cal for example if you are stuffing your gun barrel in somebodies face up close then the sniper does actually 1 shot. not only that but if its a regular game thats not ranked then you can put a damage relic on with a 10% increase to damage if 1 or less card is at play on your team so you can in fact get a little closer and 1 shot people at a semi decent distance

I agree, it still gives players a fighting chance.

just like with any other shooter game, snipers prevail. as long as you can aim properly. no chance against a good sniper.
The only problem I see is that they don't cost anything (2 uses for deaths doesn't count). I think snipers should be priced - 1 or 2 shard points
Play Dex then and use his clone or Shield to peak or use invis chars, there are many counters

Or just play Dex and use a sniper since he's one of the best sniper abusers.

I mean you don't get it for free in every round. And the Chance is higher that you can doge it .

The problem in this game is that the barrier to aim is so low that even none skilled players can just pick up hollow and probably hit more than they ever had.
And its like difficult to balance in the end. I mean Im all in for that somehow snippers generelly should get a nerve or you limit it or what ever. But I feel like there needs some additonal changes too to not make a snipper just useless.
