FragPunk

FragPunk

Issueed a ban the moment I launched the game!
I launched the game for the first time on my pc and I started playing the tutorial and then a pop up shows saying "Your account has been banned due to Use of cheats." (for 3,649 days 23 hours)... Well played developer.

Were there any apps running on your computer that the anti cheat could of flagged? Had you cheated for a different game and mapped your drivers?
One russian guy asked the same question. He bought motherboard from his friend. His friend could cheat instead in any NetEase game and got HWID ban for this motherboard - it's my first conclusion.
Second - he using CheatEngine but only for Singleplayer games as he told me. Could the anticheat scanning the system and give a ban just for CheatEngine on HDD? We don't know.
He also uses VPN so maybe AC thought it's cheats but I think it's unlikely.

Due to his motherboards cheating statement, that is 100% likely. Though, cheat engine, is detected by their anticheat, and could also be a probable reason. Even if you aren't using it, like letting it run in the background, is enough to deliver a ban as it is a sign of possible malicious intent. This could be that drivers or kernel level things are still present from cheat engine, restart your pc after running cheat engine to fix this, this ban is rare though. VPN usage is another extremely probable cause, most games don't allow VPNs as its a way to bypass native IP bans, which most games deliver before a full HWID ban. So in my general opinion the reason you probably got banned was
- Your motherboard being able to cheat in their game, was most likely flagged by the anticheat and you were penalized for it
-Cheat engine while possible, this would really only be if this application was running during gameplay, of course, while the driver factor is true, its also highly unlikely.
-VPN use, most unlikely, but is a sufficient cause to get banned due to its malicious usage to bypass and avoid IP bans
Hope this helps! ask away if you have anymore questions :)

If you may, try running fragpunk on a different account, does that change anything?

In the meantime, in casual matchmaking, every other match there's always some guy who keeps killing me three rounds in a row with prefire...
this happened to me aswell, i finished the tutorial and hopped into my first match after 3 rounds i got banned for cheating for over 3000 days, i had no 3rd party software open. The devs ban people for being good at shooter games.
Maybe unplug that Cronus Zen controller and you won't get banned.
Any chance you are using Resource Hacker. Been banned in a few netease games since I was using it in place of Task Manager.
I was banned an hour ago without any criteria and I have 140 hours of play and I'm diamond 2, I don't have macros nor do I use cheats nor do I have on my task manager anything that can conflict, I created a secondary account and after 2 games I was banned on that too, it's hilarious because in my main account I have almost 100$ of skins and to find myself banned without having flamed or cheated or using macros, I feel mocked honestly

Me and my wife got banned as well for just playing the game. I got banned first and then she got banned next mid match. It makes no sense and these post are confirming what I reiterated to customer support. False banning players is going to be the death of this game just like how Call of Duty's anti-cheat falsely banned other players for no reason.
