Second - he using CheatEngine but only for Singleplayer games as he told me. Could the anticheat scanning the system and give a ban just for CheatEngine on HDD? We don't know.
He also uses VPN so maybe AC thought it's cheats but I think it's unlikely.
- Your motherboard being able to cheat in their game, was most likely flagged by the anticheat and you were penalized for it
-Cheat engine while possible, this would really only be if this application was running during gameplay, of course, while the driver factor is true, its also highly unlikely.
-VPN use, most unlikely, but is a sufficient cause to get banned due to its malicious usage to bypass and avoid IP bans
Hope this helps! ask away if you have anymore questions :)
