Fragpunk scamming!

No where in the game does it say that using tickets to the "Plasma" pull requires it MORE and MORE Tickets on each pull! This is a clear violation of lottery mechanics in EU and I hope Fragpunk gets sued for this.

I went and buyed the tickets with free coins and thought I would get X amount of pulls but no its:

Seriously! No where in the game does it say its doubles the amount of tickets needed to roll for the skins! This is a text book predatory system and is NOT allowed in EU in anyway. Enjoy your lawsuits Devs and thank god if this game gets shutdown for doing ♥♥♥♥ like this in EU.

It is scummy, but you didn't read the drop rates and details tab that's hidden in the corner. It does say something along the lines of "Costs will increase with each draw. Be mindful of the number on the UI before each pull."

A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ disclaimer, hidden away. But it's there.

Mentioned in a long text with word "gradually" is not a clear statement on how it works and is hidden from players. Clearly a violation of lottery system in pretty much every single EU country...

"Gradually" can mean anything from 1-1-2-2-3-3-4-4 while it should be clearly stated it doubles on every roll meaning 1,2,4,8,16 etc (with a clear example!).

There are clear laws around lotteries and how they need to work and need to be explained to players.

For example a one handed bandit (meaning a game with 3x rolls and 1-5 lines where you can win), needs to have a clear % showing the return rate. For example 96-99% meaning if you play with 100 €/$/£ or what ever it will return around 96-99 €/$/£ of the money played on it. And yes this needs to be shown and explained clearly on each game even on online casinos to work / allow any EU residents inside that website.

it is random increases and overall you need 200 tickets ( visible from the store since you can buy up to 200 tickets since they are limited and decrease with each ticket bought )

It shows the % of each item you can get ( like knife and the AR are on .1% ) BUT that it were it differs
A Its not counting as "Lottery" since you cant get any monetary value
B Its not repeating any Itmes wich means if you got all but one you get the missing one next and thus also just "shuffles" the order in wich you get those items

It was too good to be true, if you want to do the 9 tickets, you will pay $100, my friend did 2 he got the 2 worst ones he stopped

First of all, it shows that you're increasing the number of tickets required.
Secondly, you don't get duplicates.
Thirdly, with all the lootboxes' lousiness, it's better this way than a completely random lootbox with a 0.4% chance of legendary items falling out (hello PUBG).

IMHO this game in current state has MOST cheapest/gentlest donate in history.
