PSA: SERVERS ARE NOT DOWN (HOW TO FIX)
The servers aren't down, it's just a bug with the central file storing system.
Just verify your game files and you can play, my game is working fine !!

Edit: Verifying game files properly can be a little confusing, I've added a short explanation at the bottom of this thread to keep things simple <3

Don't mislead people, it doesn't work, this is something different than just verifying and fixing the game. It's obviously about servers, developers have to fix it. You might even mislead developers by posting this.

Ensuring that your Steam game files are intact and free from corruption is an essential step in troubleshooting. To accomplish this, Steam provides a built-in verification feature that cross-references the installed game files on your local system with the official files stored on Steam’s content servers. If discrepancies are found, missing or corrupt files are reacquired and replaced accordingly. Below is an exhaustive, meticulous walkthrough of how to execute this process flawlessly.

Phase 1: Preliminary Preparations
Before initiating the verification, it is critical to ensure that no extraneous processes interfere with Steam’s file-checking operation.

Close all unnecessary background applications. Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and terminate non-essential tasks such as Discord, Chrome, or any RGB control software, as these can sometimes interfere with system resources.
Restart Steam in administrator mode. Right-click the Steam shortcut and select "Run as Administrator" to ensure full file access permissions.
Disable cloud synchronization temporarily. Go to Steam > Settings > Cloud and uncheck “Enable Steam Cloud synchronization” to prevent conflicts during verification.

Phase 2: Navigating to the Game Files Verification Interface
Once your system is primed, proceed with the following:

Launch Steam and navigate to the Library tab.
Locate the problematic game in your library and right-click it.
Select Properties from the dropdown menu.
In the Properties window, switch to the Installed Files tab (formerly known as Local Files).
Click on the button labeled "Verify integrity of game files..."

Phase 3: The Verification Process and What Happens Under the Hood
Upon initiating verification, Steam will commence a deep analysis of your local game installation. This includes:

CRC Checksum Analysis: Steam computes cryptographic hashes for each file in your game directory and compares them against the official Steam database.
Binary File Comparison: The Steam client scans for byte-level inconsistencies that may arise due to system crashes, forced shutdowns, or incomplete downloads.
Dependency Validation: Steam ensures that all required DLLs, executables, and dependency files are present and properly linked.
Differential File Patching: If discrepancies are found, Steam does not redownload entire game files but instead uses a differential update system to patch only the affected portions, thereby optimizing bandwidth usage.

Phase 4: Post-Verification Procedures and Additional Measures
After the verification process is complete, Steam will present a summary. If Steam detects missing or corrupted files, it will reacquire them automatically. However, further steps may be necessary for complete issue resolution:

Restart your PC to clear residual cache and memory conflicts.
Check for Windows updates (Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update) to ensure system compatibility.
Reinstall DirectX, Visual C++ Redistributables, and .NET Framework as missing dependencies can cause game failures despite passing verification.
Manually delete and reacquire game config files located in C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\GameName\Config to reset potential corrupted settings.
Upon completing these steps, your game should theoretically function optimally, barring external influences such as cosmic radiation or sudden power grid failures.
