Ranked matches

The past few days it's been taking over 20 minutes to find a single match. Today I could not find a match at all after the first 25 minutes and decided to stop for the day. Anything I could do as i enjoy the game but it feels dead rn?

Bro, it's evening and we got 12k people divided among 8 servers, 10 different modes and different ranks on ranked. What do you expect?

There are really only 2-3 modes people play (infinite queues for the rest) and many of those servers have crossover (hence your ping not always being the same). Plus, plenty of games have have similar player bases or less and manage to have much better and faster multiplayer. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if a big chunk of the 12k concurrent are made up of bots that are purposefully trying to make the game seem more popular. It's one of the most dead and least engaged with games I've ever played for the 20k-30k playerbase it supposedly had these last couple weeks. Very few people on Reddit, nobody on watching it on Twitch, zero YT content... super fishy.

And that's most likely how it is. Nobody has been interested in this game for a long time (apart from paid streamers). Even the subreddit that served as an echo chamber from the beginning has gone quiet and only some bots post some crap that nobody likes and nobody comments on.
