i had same problem i had to turn off advanced security button on my router app it was preventing the game from running hope it helps you

Hey I found somewhat of a placeholder solution in the meanwhile as they maybe try to release a fix for it. you just gotta play it on Geforce now and it works perfectly just with the restrictions of geforce its self.
