WHEA is hardware error
1) Wrong overclock/downvoltage, damaged/broken/wrong RAM/XMP/EXPO or just manual timings or RAM settings, instable/incorrect voltages for CPU/RAM/NB, broken motherboard or bus/connectors, damaged memory controller (in CPU), broken CPU, etc.
2) It's problem of your 13/14th gen intel CPU.
3) UEFI problem, try to update BIOS/UEFI of motherboard.
4) OS/Software problem (when something damaged or data-loss usually caused by damaged HDD/SSD or cable or due to bad contacts or just bad HDD/SSD), especially caused by anticheats.

It is what I've found for the error code as well, but I can 100% bet that this issue isn't happened on previous patch note, it only recently happened, along with my recent Windows Update, currently trying to create a CS ticket to Fragpunk for it, like it felt so wrong that on previous patches, the game running just fine, and it happened outta nowhere during a match, and later on, it crashes every time I tried to launch the game:

My Specs are just fine, good ol' artifacts:
10400f
Gigabyte 1070TI
PNY M.2 256gb
Seagate Barracuda 2TB (Game placed here, outta space for M.2)
Vcolor 3600mhz 2x8, OC-ed to 3733, the game running just fine before recent update.

As I work on CS related for game publishers as well, this issue is potentially triggered by update, under no other circumstances, the only options for Fragpunk is to gather DxDiag file & my MsInfo to investigate this.

Had this happen to me a few months back. 2 weeks later entire hard drive was useless and had to get a new rig... could have just replaced the part buuut I needed an upgrade soooo ya know.

Can't say for sure that you'll have the same issue but it's def an issue with hardware because it started with only Hunt Showdown, then it started doing it with all games... then eventually the pc just up and stopped booting up.

Trying to see whether if I moved my game to M.2 to see whether it will solve the issue or na, guess I'll let yall know later if it solve it or the issue persists on my end.
