only way to stop cheaters is by being aggressive and being as invasive as possible. it is what it is.
This just isn't true and you're clearly talking out your ass lmao. Many ways to detect cheats/hacks without having the most invasive AC on the earth. Still so many cheaters in every kernel level AC game and its so obvious if you pay any sort of attention....
"1+1 doesnt equal 2 because trust me bro" is basically what you just typed gj
"Many ways to detect cheats/hacks without having the most invasive AC on the earth" like what :)? gives some examples instead of saying it as a fact
kernal anti cheat non kernal anti cheat, no matter what youll have cheaters. the goal is to make it hard to create cheats aka kernal level which = cheats costing more money = making it harder for the user to use cheats eg. injecting, then doing massive ban waves in the hopes it bankrupts the cheat sellers from people refunding the service after a mass banning. there isnt a single example of a always online game with hundreds of thousands of players without an invasive anti cheat that isnt riddled with cheaters. but but runescape doesnt have an anti cheat!! it used machine learning to see if movements are legit and it works!!! no it doesnt the game is riddles with botters and cheaters.
please let me know of an anti cheat that isnt invasive that works
it is just to accept
Tbh, that's what you typed too, so gj.
its really not, i was stating something, not responding to a comment with a zero iq take
I'm not going to do your research for you lmao. Not my job to educate your ignorance. :) I was just letting you know you're wrong. Google is a thing! But i'll give you a little help since you seem troubled. "Blizzard's Warden Anti-Cheat".
oh! warden the anti cheat that worked basically like spyware, (sounds pretty invasive to me O.O)? also the anti cheat that hasnt seen an update in years and is easy to by pass? WoW sure has a lot of botters in it :D and was extremely buggy causing dc's from simply playing the game if you play druid? good example! oh and its literally ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ useless when the cheat is ran not in user mode?
fyi warden can see all your "user" applications running in the background if youre like 90% of people thats where all your files and information is, its also invasive.
ignorant btw
My god you're an idiot lol. Have a good life. :)
has his point broken. responds calling me an idiot. has no real response, good one
To copy my post from the playtest forums:
Looks like the main anti-cheat client and a handful of NEAC .dll and .sys files, are all dumped in the [gamefolder]/binaries/win64 folder.
There's also at least one .dll added to your windows folder on first run, SystemRoot\System32\drivers\FPSNeacSafe.sys, that doesn't go when you uninstall so make sure to delete that manually.
I also had my NTUSER.DAT file edited about 90 secs after I first ran the game, but other users have reported it didn't happen to them, so that might have just been a coincidence.
