I got a question about road building please

I went to a road building office and planned a road over some mountains that are otherwise unpassable. I paid for the road the credits they asked for, but then I went home to work on getting the materials. When I now drive to the town where the road should start to be build there is no option to add any materials. Do I need to carry all materials or do I have to bring those materials to that road building office instead?

I planned a road over mountains as well, I can't reach one of the construction sites because it spawned right in the middle of the mountain. Any tips on how to solve this? Thank you in advance.

You will be able to reach it if you go on the road that you were building and drive along that road to the unreachable looking point!

It worked! I had to supply the first construction site and wait for it to be complete, then it let me reach the one in the middle of mountains. Thanks
