run out of bar charactors

after i hiring 20 characters from bar, i see same face at every bar. Ps generator more and refresh their junk so that i can trade with them.

RNG is RNG. Give it a couple of days ingame time and bars will refresh, or travel to other bars.

What I mean is that I encounter the same characters at different bars as I travel around the map.

A new issue has come up. After developing three cities and currently working on the fourth, I’m unable to hire anyone from the labor market at different bars. Is there a hard limit on the number of people I can hire?

No idea if labor market is limited, i only built one city but had 90%+ of the people being labor people, so 20-25 or so + 1 in each of the other cities. Again, just give it a few days time ingame and it might refresh?

There is a limited number of each type of generic hired labor, probably something like 15 farmers, 15 ranchers, 15 workers. Also, if you hire a unique character like "Hired Gun", they stop appearing in bars. There are not enough unique characters in the game to fill every player town since you have 20+ jobs in each town.

I would like to see more characters added because at this point in my late game Twilight Valley run, I've run out of farmers and workers to hire and I'm trying to hire the last ranchers to replace all the named characters in my towns.
